Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of RoofPilot, the software platform for roofing businesses operated by RoofPilot, Inc. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.
1. The platform
RoofPilot provides tools for running a roofing business: contact and job management, measurements, proposals, material and work orders, scheduling, signatures, invoicing and customer communication. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform evolves.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. Keep your credentials confidential — activity under your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Price changes take effect at the next renewal, with prior notice.
4. Your data
The business records you enter — contacts, jobs, documents, media — remain yours. You grant RoofPilot the rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the platform for you, and you are responsible for having the right to upload it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to probe or disrupt the service, no reselling access, and no sending messages through RoofPilot that violate anti-spam or telemarketing rules. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
6. Third-party services
Connections to outside services — suppliers, calendars, payment or sign-in providers — are governed by those services’ own terms. RoofPilot is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its underlying technology belong to RoofPilot, Inc. and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform while your subscription is active.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as-is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, RoofPilot’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the platform in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms. After termination we provide a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted on schedule.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions go to legal@roofpilot.ai.
