Privacy Policy

This policy describes how RoofPilot, Inc. handles personal information when you use the platform or visit our sites. It applies to account holders, their team members, and the customer records a business keeps in RoofPilot.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, phone, company), the business records your team enters, usage and device information collected automatically, and information from integrations you choose to connect.
2. How we use it
To operate and secure the platform, provide support, bill subscriptions, improve features, and — only with your permission — send product news and tips. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information with service providers that host and run the platform under contract, with integrations at your direction, in a corporate transaction, or when the law requires it. Your customers’ records are shared only as your business directs.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand how the platform is used. Browser settings let you limit them, though sign-in cookies are required for the platform to work.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it on schedule. Data is encrypted in transit and protected by administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
6. Your choices and rights
You can access and correct account information in settings, unsubscribe from marketing in every lifecycle email, and — depending on where you live — request access, deletion or portability of your personal information by contacting us.
7. Children
The platform is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes and contact
